Seasonal Fishing
Winter (November to March)
I consider this the multi-species season on Bull Shoals Lake. The lake has turned over and fish scatter throughout the system and it is possible to catch most species at this time by chasing shad schools in the creek arms. Crappie fishing can be very good at times during this time of the year as well. You just never know what the next bite will be.
Spring (April to June)
The walleye spawning is in the final stages at this time and I start casting and trolling crankbaits, mostly for walleye. The Black Bass and Crappie fishing can be outstanding as well.
Summer (June to October)
This is when the thermocline sets back up. I like to target walleyes mostly when this occurs. While fishing the thermocline for Walleye a mixed bag of fish can be caught. Mostly all species of fish have set up along this temperature change during this time of year.
NO 8-hour trips (July 1st - September 1st)
The hottest months of the year are July and August. For the safety of you and me, there will be no 8-hour trips during these 2 months.

Bait, tackle, boat, motor, guide, gasoline, rods and reels, landing net, lifejackets, Gatorade, and bottled water.
Lunch is provided on 8 hour trips ONLY.
All lake trips include your fish cleaned and packaged.

Cancellations Options
Deposits are 100% refundable with a notice of 30 days. If you cancel 29 days or less no refund will be given, but you may be rescheduled with guide availability.

Arkansas fishing licenses and trout stamps are sold separately, but stamps are not required for all fishing trips. The number of people per boat is limited by legal weight limits. Fishing Licenses can be purchased online at https://www.agfc.com/en/.
